Last Wednesday, June 23rd, I was a guest on KPFA radio's Morning Show to discuss the shape of the Waxman-Markey American Clean Energy and Security Act. Two days later, the 1,300 page climate and energy legislation passed the U.S. House of Representatives by a vote of 219-212 on Friday evening.
