Cap'n Trade Returns to the Daily Show

John Stewart and the Daily Show continue to lampoon the Democrat's climate bill, which centers around a proposal to cap greenhouse gas emissions, create emissions permits, and then give the majority of them away to utilities, energy companies and heavy industry, who can then trade those permits amongst themselves. Satire helps keep us honest, so here's Stewart returning to the subject and poking fun at efforts to rebrand "cap and trade" as a "pollution reduction and investment system" in the Senate's new Kerry-Boxer "Clean Energy Jobs and Americans Power Act"...
